At the event, the two enterprises signed an investment cooperation agreement, marking the official launch of their strategic cooperation in the SOFC sector. PH Power is a high-tech startup focusing on the R&D and industrialization of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) technology. It boasts a complete technical system and independent intellectual property rights covering core materials, cell chips, stacks and system integration, along with capabilities for continuous technological iteration and engineering implementation.
During the seminar, the two sides carried out systematic discussions on the application of SOFC in distributed energy, primary power supplies for data centers, industrial energy systems and overseas markets. All participants agreed that against the backdrop of the dual carbon goals and the global energy structure transition, SOFC features high efficiency, low emissions and strong fuel adaptability, enjoying broad commercial prospects.
Leveraging Huafeng Power's technological and capital advantages in the manufacturing sector, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation, continuously increase investment in the SOFC field and actively expand overseas markets in the future. Starting from the R&D and manufacturing of SOFC cell chips, they will gradually deepen cooperation in stacks and system integration to jointly advance the industrialization and large-scale application of SOFC technology.
Both parties stated that taking this investment and industrial cooperation on SOFC as an opportunity, they will give full play to their respective strengths in technological R&D, engineering manufacturing and market application. They will jointly promote the large-scale application of SOFC technology in diverse scenarios at home and abroad, and facilitate the optimization of energy structure and the high-quality development of the new energy industry.
